Oceania Cruises, a feast for foodies
Oceania Cruises was founded in 2002 by three cruise veterans including Frank Del Rio, the current CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Holding, the parent company of Oceania Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. The shipping company attaches great importance to gastronomy and is described as "The Finest Cuisine at Sea".
Oceania Cruises likes to talk about the "O-Life experience" to describe the stay on board its ships. The medium-sized vessels radiate the atmosphere of a country club, where luxury and relaxation come together in a comfortable and tasteful environment.
From bow to stern, the ships radiate a quest for excellence, starting with the cabins, verandas and extremely comfortable high-class suites. The whole is worthy of a five-star hotel. Although the ships are medium in size, they have a diversified offering of cooking classes, concerts, shows, speaking engagements, a casino and the Aquamar Spa + Vitality Center. You can exercise not only in the fitness center, but also on the various outside decks (fitness track, golf driving range, table tennis, croquet, etc…).
